Thumbs down drinking binge

The first weekend of school celebrations got slightly out of hand last night as I am guilty of 3 shots followed by a Long Island
Followed by the toppings off 5 pieces of dominos pizza......
followed by McDonalds breakfast....ahh college life.



out of ketosis this morning
back on track for monday..

I'm sure you know the drill - get right back on that horse. Mind you, the pizza toppings sound okay - it's not the toppings that cause the prob!

Yep, starting fresh on Monday sounds sensible. Forgive yourself, try to learn something from the episode and move on.

Feh! That's pretty good! Even McDonalds breakfast can be low carb: just ditch the "McMuffin" part of an egg/sausage/cheese McMuffin.
