oh my gosh, this stuff is amazing. It has real fruit in it, thick, and the taste is out of this world. I use a scant amount, but the flavour is strong enough that you don't have to plaster it on thick. It states 8 carbs per serving, but uses Xylitol as a sweetner, so some of those carbs are from there.
Ingredients: Xylitol, Water, Strawberries, Blackberries, Red Raspberries, Blueberries, Pectin Powder, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid.
