The only drinks that I know of that are made with Splenda right now are Diet Rite sodas. The come in a variety of flavors and are also caffeine and sodium free. Of course, you can always do what I do and that is to make Kool Aid with Splenda. My kids drink a lot of Kool Aid and I don't want them to have all that sugar, so I've started making it with Splenda and they didn't even notice the difference. Of course, you should always drink LOTS of water preferably before you start drinking anything else during the day.
It's a YMMV (your mileage may vary) kind of thing. Caffeine and Aspartame cause a lot of people to stall or loose very slowly. You will have to see for yourself how they affect you. If you find that you stall or are loosing only very slowly, I'd suggest that the first thing you ditch is the Diet Coke. Also, make sure that you are drinking plenty of water (at least 2 liters a day) along with that Diet Coke. Don't count the diet pop, coffee or any other beverage that is not pure water as part of your daily water intake.
Splenda is in Diet V8 Splash tropical blend. It has 3 grams carbs per 8oz serving. It also has 100mg potassium. A word of warning about Splenda... it causes me to have intense carb cravings that I cave into. So I stay away from it
