I wasn't active on here for some time. Then, I changed email accounts.. like.. deleted my old one. Then moved, got a new computer.. didn't transfer everything over... When I came back here.. I couldn't remember my password so I started a new account. I'm in a different phase of life and thought it appropriate.. however, I don't want to be a rule breaker.. and when i saw this thread.. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=404671 and Kristine's response there.. I didn't want to get in trouble so I'm telling on myself. Puh-lease forgive me and help me figure out how to make it right.

Lastly.. is the PM function missing or is that something earned with time?

I've merged the new account with Symphonyod, and updated the email to your new one. Here's what you need to do now ..

- click this link for lost passwords .. http://forum.lowcarber.org/login.php?do=lostpw
- enter your new email
- you'll be sent an automated password (mumbo jumbo letters and numerals). Make sure your inbox is set to receive automated mail from lowcarber.org .. otherwise it might be blocked as junk or spam
- click the link in the email to activate your account.
- that's it, you're in!

Once your account is activated, you can change the password to whatever you like.

Forgot to mention .. once you submit your request for a new password, be sure to check your inbox and click the link right away. The automated link will expire within 24 hrs .. you'll have to do it all over again if you let it go.
