Default QUICK Protein Shake with a Twist

Here is a recipe that my HUSBAND developed over the last couple days. He and I are both on the Atkins, he has lost 10 lbs. me about 4 lbs.in two weeks.

THIS IS REALLY YUMMY and Quick and he can do it himself!

For 2 shakes:
2 Scoops Vanilla EAS 100% Whey Protein
4 -5 T. Heavy Cream
1 cup water
1/2 c ice cubes
2 packets equal or more to taste
whip together in blender then add:
either
1/2 avocado
or
4-5 strawberries or other low carb berry

whip with blender till smooth.

Enjoy!

Interesting. It is similar to what we make, however, I never thought of trying avocado in a shake! And I love them.

I was skeptical about the avocado thing too. But it adds a nice texture (smooth) and with the equal it is very tasty! and good for you with the extra good oils, etc.

I have half of an avocado so I'm going to try it for my afternoon snack.
