B: Ricotta pancake with simple syrup/scrambled egg/baked ham slice
S: none
L: Salmon Burger (w/o bun)/coleslaw +decaf tea (Emeril's Recipe)
S: Cottage cheese stuffed celery
D: Braised Salmon with oven baked string beans +decaf tea (Emeril's Recipe)
Dsst: Cream cheese sweetened with splenda+raspberry yogurt

Vitamins and Supplements
Water- 128 oz

B: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 T shredded cheese
S: apple and 1 T pb
L: leftover "pizza" (all the good stuff, no crust) including tomatoes, onion, green pepper, ground beef, cheese and sf sauce
S: veggies (carrots, cucumbers, radishes)
D: "foot ball food" we are having a fb party tonight... I am making a HUGE veggie tray, chili, a meat and cheese tray. I will also have some crackers for those who want them in their chili. Others might bring other things, but at least I know that I have foods I can eat! GO HUSKERS!!!!

Mid-morning snack: None
Lunch: Salmon mayo with rocket and baby plum tomatoes
Mid-afternoon Snack: Caramel Ricotta Cream
Dinner: Grilled salmon with baby spinach and asparagus, pear
