The link Karen gave should answer your question about Cal-mag and potassium. As for zinc ... the amount you're taking is fine, since there's likely also a small amount in the multi-vit. tablet as well. Zinc is plentiful in meats, egg yolks and seafood so it would be hard for a lowcarber to not get enough . Actually, you can get too MUCH zinc ... more than 100 mg a day from supplements is too much. Most authorities recommend no more than 40 to 50mg total from pills, the rest should come from food.
