Could be an allergy to something you are eating on South Beach. What were you doing before this? Usually grains and dairy can be the start of diarreha. Maybe you can tell us your diet and supplements?

Blessings,
Carol

Diarrhea is your body cleaning itself out. From the posts I've read on this site, it doesn't seem like you people have a clue about proper colonic health. It also seems like vegetables are the forgotten ingredient.

It could just be the change in eating habits, and I really dont know much about the South Beach diet.

But one thing I did notice is your weight. I peeked into your info to find out your height, and to me that seems quite low in camparison to your height. But this all coming from an 'ole fatty hehe.

But seriously, I am 5'1 and have been told by many doctors that my ideal weight should be 115, to me that is quite low. I was 115 when i was 17 and pregnant. But by the end of the pregnancy i was 200. Now I look back at pictures of myself and all anyone comments on is the gross bony look i had, very unhealthy. I have found that I look best at 145 ish. Just a thought, i realize everyone is different and alot has to do with how they hold their weight.

Hope everything works out for ya! Good luck
