Smile i'm New!!

I am new to this forum and for the little bit of browsing I've done, I'm impressed with the support I feel! I have read some posts that reflect my situation completely. I lost about 45 pounds in 2001. I had been starting to settle down from a very bad flare of rheumatoid arthritis and decided to take some weight off my poor old joints...but once I had purchased a whole new wardrobe to celebrate my sucess, I somehow got lax. Here I am today, back to where I started and then some. But I KNOW now what I didn't know then and I will never consider myself on a "diet" again. I am almost done two weeks of induction and I had forgotten how nice it is to lose the cravings! I have started a journal, and I am not looking back.
Hi everyone!

Hi and welcome!

Hopefully, this way of eating helps your RA, too. Many people strongly suspect that grains worsen autoimmune conditions.

Good luck this time around.
