Default hurrah, just though I'd share

Just thought I'd share my joy. I have lost 1 stone, hurrah.

I know it is going slowly but I am finding it so easy to stick to this WOE. Not craving anything much at all thanks to now being able to buy Atkins and Carbolite bars to stop and sweet cravings.

Congrats Donna
I started 4 months ago at the same weight as you and I have lost 3 and 1/2 stone. Don't be discouraged if it slows down and remember fellas lose quicker than women.

(well we have to be better at something) LOL Lez

Well done to both of you - you're both heading in the right direction.

I've so far lost 21 lbs (one and a half stone) in one month and though I know it's going to get tough as time goes by I know that my cause has been helped by avoiding ANY cheating whatsoever - something I could never have managed on one of the other diets.

Well done Donna, keep up the good work! Like you Atkins is the first diet I've even been able to attempt to stick to and although I gave up and took a month off which slowed my progress right down I'm still really pleased with the results.

Congratulations Donna

I know how important those milestones are, particularly if the weight takes longer to come off.

I have been low carbing now for over 2.5 years and so far have lost 5 stone. For me it is a slow process, but like you I have found this way of life easy to stick to. I know I will eventually get to goal and I'm enjoying the journey. That is the main thing.

Keep at it.
