Honestly I don't have any great advice to give you. It was the hardest thing I have ever done...I still have cravings and it has been months and months since I quit smoking. I went 3 years without smoking and then returned. For me it is an ongoing battle....esp. since I am surrounded by smokers. I just try to do other things to occupy my mind and when I used to have the MAJOR fits to and wanted to smoke badly I would just smoke a little cigar.... ![Smilie](/images/smilies/smile.gif) I don't know if that is a no-no ![No no](/images/smilies/nono.gif) or not but it is what helped me. Good luck. I know how difficult this is.
