Wink Help on Induction and not moving?

My Husband and I are on atkins and we have both been on the Induction phaze for about almost two weeks... and no weight loss? He has about 30lbs to lose me only about 10lbs.. I know I don't have a lot to lose.. but I thought we could do it together since I am doing all the meal prep... But I have seen no pounds moving?? and we are very regimented... with the exception of working out?... He has lost a few but nothing drastic? Could it be the lower the amt you have to lose the longer it will take? ? I am in Ketoisis according to the test strips and have been for almost two weeks? so I am puzzled? Can anyone offer advice?

Hi there. Welcome to our forum!

>>"Could it be the lower the amt you have to lose the longer it will take?"

Yes, 100% correct. Not only that, but because you're eating ample protein, you could put on some muscle. This will prevent the scale from moving, even if you lose some fat. Did you take measurements before you started? Do you have a tight pair of jeans to use as a "pant-o-meter?

Way to go for supporting your hubby. Good luck, and enjoy!

(PS - Post from the other forum was removed. Keeps things a bit less confusing. You'll still get good answers here. )
