Default Weekly weigh in

Well today was my official weigh in. And it looks like I gained .5 pound, but what really happened was before my las weeks weigh in I tried fat fast. I lost 3 pounds, then gained them all back and lost them slowly.

Along with the .5 difference though I saw one inch come off my chest, and one off my hips. My waist lost just a little. It just proves, listen to the tape measure not the scale.

Congratulations on that!
It is definately true on this diet that inches continue to be lost even when the scale doesn't budge. Hang in there. I have seen here time and again that this does work, and eventually the pounds start to come off too.

congrats on the inches lost =) Im definitly going to l isten to the tape measure more than the scale from now on as well..

That is great! I am actually up two pounds, but my thighs and belly are smaller. Go figure.
