Question Question for quietone re: type B friend

A girlfriend is B, she went on Atkins for quite awhile and lost nothing. Went to a naturalist who put her on a different diet, not only does she look better she feels better than she has in years.

I am type B and I am loosely following the Eat Right 4 Your Type plan. I find it is sort of LC since virtually all grains, legumes and sweeteners are on the Avoid list. Although I probably eat more fruit than most LCers are comfortable with, ie 2 or 3 servings per day.

I'm curious what kind of diet the naturalist recommended to your friend. Would you mind giving an outline of it?

Thanks,
amie
