I find that most other grains cause me similar issue, as do potato and a lot of other foods. I would look into blood type diets. I was sceptical, but when I tried it it worked So well. if you are an 0 blood type, the paleeo type diet is perfect. look into it! I hope you find something that works.
I have lots lmost 40lbs just doing the 0 blood type diet. im trying to keep it fairly low carb, but mostly focusing on what foods to avoid and eat base don my blood type.
