This reminds me of something similar I've done, but a little more complex. It consisted of:
Coconut milk
chopped nuts
unsweetend, shredded coconut
sesame seeds
a large pinch of ground flax
a little Splenda or other sweetener
Not counting the sweetener, it's like Paleo breakfast cereal! (Sweeten it paleo-style with some stevia or a dash of honey, of course.) It's rich and quite good! Very filling, too, since it's a bit heavy on the fats/oils, so you don't need to eat much.
