I thought I would try this to see what needs to be picked up and what needs to be toned down. Hopefully this help me keep track of what I'm doing. I love to walk, so it will probably be alot of walking. So here goes...............
so far I walked 3 miles this morning. Looking to do more before the end of the day.
was able to also get about 60 mins of taebo exercises in today. Eventhough I didn't do a full stretch afterwards and I am a little achey, I feel really good!!
