Talking A Fool's Mission

So all you fools out there, how have you found your first few weeks now of BFL?

I'm loving it, and feeling great. Lot's of energy and all...hoping to see some more obvious changes, but it may not be yet for another week or so; I'm patient ...(okay, well I'm not patient, but whatever! ). I do notice; however, that my body feels "harder" underneath all this fat LOL....that's a good thing, isn't it?

Still trying to get these 6 meals in, with more veggies (not my strong suit), but the routines, I've finally gotten down pat! I don't ache like I had and I feel quite energetic! My weights have increased as have my intensity levels with respect to my cardio...so all in all there has been accomplishment!

How have you all been finding it?

Muse

Hey.........

That's one of the fun parts of BFL. Just when you get the routines down.....four weeks are up and it's time to change them!! The good news though is that you will come to look forward to the changes! Just started a new routine and a new challenge today and already, I LOVE it!

Thumbs up I'm diggin' it, too.

Already I'm down a pants size (from 14 to 12). I too notice the "harder" feeling under the layer of fat, and I can really see it when I'm working out with the weights. My shoulders, arms, and quads, especially, stand out where they didn't before.

The food thing I'm not having much trouble with. I already ate six times daily before I began BFL, so the only changes now are to what's *in* those six meals, really. Upping the carbs hasn't been too tough--I'm a fruit and veggie fiend anyway. I missed them before, now that I can have them legally WHOOHOOO!!! I'm hooked on the blueberries in my Myoplex LC shake!

Talk about pipe dreams.... I found myself daydreaming about becoming a BFL personal trainer for other folks like us. Never in a MILLION YEARS have I had thoughts like *that* before! What's happening to me?????
