Can I join?
I saw this this morning, can I join? Better late than never, I'd say. I did my water, exercise, proper meals. One clean day!!! YEAH ME!!!
B- 2 eggs with fried cabbage
L- Salad with sardines and mayonnaise (homemade)
D- small piece of steak, large salad w/mayo, canned spinach carrot/celery juice with ground flax seeds and a scoop of soy protein isolate for my carb.
Why the carrot juice? Because I made it yesterday before I decided to do this and I'll be darned if it's getting thrown out!
Exercise was body flex, some weights, and resistance bands. Is this called a crash diet plan?
