Welcome to this board! I think you will like it here.
I know what you are talking about when you say you eat when your depressed! Been there, done that......for that matter, I still do. However, I have changed my WOE to make it work my way. If you feel like you want to go grab some junk food, Grab yourself a bottle of water and go for a walk. It will take you mind off of things and give you some good old "me" time. Also, set yourself a short term goal for your weight loss, say 20 pounds at a time, and GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!! Don't look back, just go for it! Start yourself a journal here and don't be afraid to pour your feelings out. There are hundreds of people here who have gone thru the same things you have, and will be more than happy to help you out. This form is chuck full of supportive people who have reached their weight goals or are well on there way!
