It IS interesting isn't it - basically either A++ or F--.

I think that reflects our tendancy to eat junk in an all-or-nothing way. A few of us had one tiny piece of candy, but I guess most of us tend to say, "to heck with it" and go nuts.

I give myself an A+. No kids, no candy.

A+, but at the moment its getting hard ;-) We won 3rd place at work for decorations and costumes and our price was a very big tin of sweeties. They have been going around all day, and i have a Crunchie on my desk now that is just staring at me - but I'll be strong!!

Everytime i want to eat it, i just take a big gulp of water - which doesnt really help ;-) but i still wont eat it!!

A for me!! No candy whatsoever, and we had the good stuff too!!

I didn't get a plus because I ate too much legal stuff. I made these cheesecake cupcake thing-a-ma-bobs from Dana Carpenders new book and over indulged a little...

F I cheated but I went right back on track so who's to say? Progress not perfection. At least the eating didn't last a week or two like it usually would.

I didn't buy candy at all, and noone came by. I remember back in 2002...I couldn't find the Halloween Candy after Halloween. I used to eat whatever was leftover [and there was always quite a bit leftover.] You know when I found it ? My 2nd week on Atkins. Me thinks the man upstairs has a sick sense of humor. Hey you just started Atkins, here's 20 Billion Carbs...

Did very well on Halloween- no off plan foods- BUT am noticing that today I am 'rewarding' myself for being soo good: Am kinda indulging myself w/ extra (legal) food/meals/snacks today. Kinda PostHolidayStressDisorder...

A+... no candy, no trick or treaters. For a treat, I made some LC snickerdoodle cookies. My birthday is Thursday, so that is the day I plan to indulge -- I'll have some chocolate cake sweetened with Splenda, LC ice cream, and some taco salad....

A++++
Hubby and I took the 4 kids out trick or treating, I carried the youngest on my back the whole time. When we got back home I had to inspect all the bags myself as hubby left for the week. I didn't even touch my favs. which the kids don't like

A+ I didn't touch the Halloween party food, I didn't buy a lot of after Halloween candy, just one bag for my oldest daughter. I took her trick or treating but she wasn't into it this year and only went to 5 houses. I didn't eat any, I gave the party food to my family to eat and it was gone fast. I tried a new vegetable on Sunday, spaghetti squash and it was very good!

I bought the really good stuff because we only have our 7 young grandchildren to treat.

I always have the stuff on hand becaus I daycare 2 of them 50 hours a week and two of them two afternoons a week. It's never been a problem from day one.

No problem in 15 months.

I'll give myself an F. I cheated and had 2 peanut butter cups and 2 crunchie bars. I was doing so good until about 9pm when all the trick or treaters were done coming to the door.
Thank goodness there isn't any more candies left around the house that I like.

Sandie
