Well my plan didn't really go to plan. Have been feeling off colour the last few days, plus had my law exam yesterday, which didn't go very well. So...

Sunday AM
Spinning - the "All Terrian" class. It is still surprising me how good a teacher my sister is! It was a real family affair, because my brother did the class too.

Monday
Nothing

Tuesday PM
Weights
Db Chest press - 3x10 6kgs
Flies 2x10 14 kgs (I hate it when people just stand around waiting for you to finish and don't take up an offer to share!)

Seated Row 2x10 32kgs

DB Bicep curls 3x10 4kgs

Spinning class "Fat Burner"

Felt pretty good at the end of it!

Going to the gym after work to do weights. Will post them tomorrow.

OMG!!!! What a work place and what a walking course!!!!!!!! (I went to check all the details of the Parliament's 150th Anniversary.)

I went to check your local weather on weather.com, and found rainy, windy days ahead. I must admit I always have problem with the "down under" seasons. September-November is your spring, right? So now are lyou looking forward to a warm sunny "Christmas season"?
