Default Curry Dip

Hey all,
I've had 2 potlucks lately and I almost never go to one so i was at a loss of what to make. I did some digging in the CALP book and found this reciepe. It's actually in the Reward Meal reciepes but the only non-LC thing in it was sugar so I substituted Splenda. It was a big hit at one potluck and I'm planning on bringing it to another one.

Posting it for those who, like me, are not good at coming up with dishes for other people besides themselves to eat

Curry Dip
2 cups mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley (I used dried)
2 tbsp curry powder (I'm not a curry lover so I used 2 tsp)
4 tsp Splenda
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp tumeric

Combine the mayo, sour cream, parsley, curry powder, Splenda, salt, lemon juice, garlic, and tumeric in a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Don't know the carb count on it because CALP doesn't count carbs but I don't think it's much!

Tam

Thumbs up Loved it!

Just wanted to let you know DH and I tried this receipe (and halved it b/c it was only the 2 of us) and it was great! I had it with spice pork rinds which gave it an extra zing. Thanks for the post!
