HI!
I am really wanting some pumpkin pie!!! I don't care about the crust--I just love pumpkin! Does anyone know of a recipe? I would like to make a small version (single serve) so I can bring it to work for something different. Thanks---Angie

This probably isn't much help, but how about pumpkin cheesecake? Here's a thread for Individual Chocolate Cheesecake that is quite good. You could just add some pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice to it. I've been playing with that idea myself.
