Default What exactly is a stall?

I was just wondering what exactly a stall is. Is it when you stop loosing weight? If so for how long before it is considered a stall. Or is it that the keto stix do not turn pink or purple? I have read the book, well most of it, but I don't really understand what a stall is for sure. I figure it means you are not loosing weight ~ but what are the details? Thanks,

A stall is when you are in ketosis and following the program (you think, anyway) and your weight doesn't change for 4-7 weeks. Some people say 3 weeks.

More senior members ask to see a food journal when help with stalls is asked for because there are some foods that act as stall triggers for some lcers and not others.

Common triggers are: protein bars and shakes, salt, processed foods, nuts, caffeine, sugar replacements and other "fake" foods.
