Default Carbs in a Mc. double cheese burger?

Without the bun of course. I did grab some Atkins friendly snacks for the road trip but the family stopped for fast food when it got late and just had to have the double cheese burger, naked. But I am sure fast food uses fillers in it's hamburger but have no idea how many carbs to could it as!

Acctually they say that there are no fillers in their burgers and its 100% beef. You can look it up under mcdonalds nutritional information online. The only carbs are from the onions and condiments and cheese.

Click on this link. Click the blue words that say "Click here to launch the nutrition calculator." Then click on the large red box in the center of the page. In the menu on the left, click Lunch/Dinner - sandwiches. Scroll down through the pictures in the box, until you find the kind you ate. Click on the picture of the sandwich and drag it down to the marked location. Click on the red tab (Expanded View by Ingredients) at the bottom of the area on the right of the page. You will see a menu in that area where you can select which ingredients were on the sandwich you ate. Click on the green check marks to remove ingredients you did not eat. The numbers across from the words Your Tray Total will give you the amounts you ate.

HTH!

watch out for the ketchup. I avoid fast food when ever possible, in fact the bunless DBL cheeseburger was my first visit in a long time. I was suprised how much ketchup was on there though-order w/o it or scrpae it off. I cannot believe all the carbs the McD's dressings-I think even the ranch has over 7. Thats is how ended up with just the burger for lunch (only about 285 calories w/o bun so does not go far)

I used to eat the Quarter Pounder (just the meat and cheese) all of the time when I was on the Atkins. I'm guessing 2 carbs for the processessed cheese. I referred to it as the Atkins Delight. My kids thought it was gross. I have a daughter who is vegetarian, so she always ate the bun that had cheese and onion stuck to it.
