Default Turkey Cutlets

you can use turkey cutlets or thinly sliced chicken or any meat that has a flat surface

1lb boneless skinless turkey cutlets
2 tablespoons of mayo
1/2 cup of parm cheese
Paprika to sprinkle on top

In a bowl, mix mayo and parm cheese

Brown the chicken in a pan
when the chicken is brown, scoop the mayo and parm solution on
top. Sprinkle paprika for color

Put the whole thing in the broiler for about five min

its so good and so easy

Thanks for the recipe...

...I love turkey cutlets because they're so versatile. This sounds like a nice option.

Thanks

I love them too. It's so easy to make and as simple as the topping is, it's so yummy. I put a little garlic power in the mix. Molto bene!
