Hey Ruth, You've done so well I think you deserve that slice of honey cake. There is always tomorrow... For me, I'm trying the meat and egg fast for the first time this week.... I'm trying to get down to a 20 pound loss with three pounds to go! Of course, I'll need to take my supplements...
