I'm looking for local people who follow a low carb/atkins lifestyle who would like a support and social network while trying to lose weight. We can support each other, share recipes, socialize, exercise, whatever! I just think that trying to lose weight and LCing is hard, especially when your friends and family can't understand what you're going through. I don't know a single person who is LCing and it just gets sooooo frustrating sometimes and makes it difficult to keep going, especially since this is my 2nd time around and I find I'm really struggling.
