Can't help you with experience in this department, Jean, but I can tell you that meal replacements have an inherent drawback; don’t help you develop the food and eating behaviour skills you need to manage your eating long term. Although they may be helpful in getting you through a difficult time, they are generally not a long term solution. IMHO it is best to look at how you can develop a lifelong approach to healthy eating.
