Hi I live in New Brunswick and have been on LC for a year now.I lost about 40 pounds and would like to lose 30 more.I have b een just maintaining since Xmas and have to start getting serious and take off the last 30 pounds.My body seems to really like this weight and all the compliments I get have probably made me complacent and not really trying hard enough.I go to curves and have been for a couple of years.Good luck on your LC journey and write me if you want to talk or vent.
