Default Protein Power Pals - Thursday - Jan 29

Welcome to the Protein Power Pals daily thread. All are welcome who are using, considering or curious about this WOE. We also welcome friends using other LC WOEs to drop by for some friendly conversation and a large glass of water.

My menu was OK (could have been much better) yesterday - high calorie-wise again - due mainly to the unusual lunch - I had to go somewhere unexpectedly just before lunchtime and was not sure how long I would be there - grabbed one of the 8 oz packs of cheese cubes I keep on hand for hubby's traveling meals / snacks and had it for lunch. May need to add ex-lax to today's menu - or maybe go get some sugar-free chocolate.... Weight this AM - 176 lbs
