it is soo exciting to see that Low Carb is being recognized now...and there are getting to be soo many options out there. It is like the Low Fat of the 90's....Went to Costco in Nanaimo today....usually I feel bummed when I leave cuz I want to go down the candy isle and get my fix...but instead today I saw some really great things..

Got my usual Chicken Boobs (breasts), some garlic, some bacon etc... it was a pretty good day...

It is my first day really back on the wagon...as I have been off for the past couple months and 10pds has crept back on...so I am excited to get back on the wagon, do some serious induction and get chowing on some of these more accessible items!!
