Dana Carpender's book "500 Low-Carb Recipes" has two recipes. One is a cooked eggnog and the other is a traditional one. I highly recomend the book to any LC'er as it is filled with wonderful recipes for meals, snacks, beverages, and treats

I bet this would be delicious with whiskey and DaVinci's Irish Cream syrup, too! We've always had my aunt's fabulous and famous (but high-carb) egg nog at Christmas, and I think I'm going to try to make this kind this year. Remember: it's all about the luxuries you *can* have. I'm going to put a thick layer of real whipped cream on top, sprinkle fresh-grated nutmeg on it, and otherwise go to town :->

Do a search of the kitchen forums and you'll probaby turn up several - just click the link at the top of the page, and limit the search to the "kitchen" forums.
