Default a new number

Hello this is the best feeling I have reached a new number to-day.I am now in the 11st mark. 11st 13lb but it still counts. Down one stone since I started 6 weeks ago yippeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is slow for me about a lb a week, but hay it's in the right direction and easy to do.I slipped into a pair of 16 jeans the other day and think I will order the size 14 for my holidays in 5 weeks. My son's I have 4 have only just started to notice.Only because I don't think they have ever seen me in jeans!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh Fiona, congratulations!!! You must be so proud of yourself!

And hey, surely with getting stuck like you did you've lost more than 1lb a week? As you say, all going in the right direction... well done that woman!!!

Well done!

Well done Fiona. It shows that just sticking with it does work.

I hope to follow you into the 11 stones soon. I thought I had when I came back from holiday, but discovered after a couple of days that the battery in my scales was failing. Bitter blow!

Great news on the jeans front. One pound a week is great progress. Don't knock it. You did not put the weight on overnight and it will not go overnight either.

Continued success.

Thanks for all the congrats it's a great feeling. My first 10 days I lost 6lb then stuck for three weeks. Then the fairy took some away, now it is a steady lb a week. No I'm not complaining just happy to be going down.
Little goals like the jeans help, just little steps at a time.
