Default Atkins site FULL of valuable info

WOW!!! Hiya everyone!!!! I just visited the Atkins site, and it's full to the brim with valuable info...first of all, I found that I can use sweet n low for sweetner, as long as I don't use nurta sweet or Equal...So, I'm safe on that front....It seems the the diuretic in the blood pressure meds may be the culprit in my resistance to weight loss...(it doesn't work anyway, my feet look like water bags with toes...lol)...I gained alot of information about why my body is resisting this WOE....I'm going to keep on keeping on!!!! It will happen with a little patience and a LOT of support....thanx guys for your inspiration!!!! POCKET

Be very careful about changing medications without your OWN doctors' knowledge. You may think that a diuretic in your BP meds is the problem, but you may also NEED that BP med to stay alive to lose the weight.DO NOT CHANGE THE MEDICATION YOUR DOCTOR PRESCRIBES unless you consult with your own physician.

Maybe your sweetner is causing the resistance, or something else. Make sure you rule out everything before looking at your BP meds. And if you think it's that it's best to let your doctor make any medication changes.
Good luck!
