Angry Ouch!

I did about 10 crunches and when I stood up had a gigantic stomach cramp. Should I get some of those potassium pills? Don't want to feel that again.

Default 10 crunches since when?

Hard to say. How much exercise have you been doing? Is this 10 out of a normal routine of 100, or the first 10 you've done in 20 years? I don't get K+ cramps in my stomach, generally; I feel them in my legs.

But if you haven't been doing crunches much, I'd blame it on the crunch itself, rather than potassium.

First time I've tried doing them in a long while and I felt the burning sensation so I think I was doing them right. Do you think it's something that will go away with repeptition? Thanks for any advice.

Default Abs get stronger fast

Just try adding one crunch every time you do the routine. You'll see progress pretty quickly, and the pain should go away. If it doesn't within a few days, ask someone to watch how you are doing them. Hard to diagnose form over a chat list.

If I did'nt take Potassium, I would'nt be able to anything physical. Check out the Supplement/nutrition thread for more info.
