Thumbs up Tessa's Workout Log

I guess it's time to finally start one of these darn fangeled things. Now I have to get moving!

Yesterday: 10 minutes Budokan
Today: 20 minutes Budokan

I may even get brave and try some more budokan tonight. If I don't faint.

I need to workout! I have been recovering from.....not sure what....flu/cold/sinus infection thing....it's been 3 weeks and I'm almost better. I have been doing a little exercise because it's forced at this point. My pshcomotor adjustive class is really an exercise class for students (some hands onn too, but so far mainly exercise). I'm supposed to be doing it every day too...LOL Yeah right....Some of the things it includes are:
lunges
squats
planks
pushups and chiro pushups
stretching
sword pattern
quadraped trac....cat/cow,table(bird dog)...more to come
proprectptive training....one foot, eyes closed, variable surface
and we have just started plyometrics....kind of a tensing, release, and catching....
of and abdominal core training

Okay, I haven't been working out in a long time. Maybe because I was basically sick for 2 months. I think I will try to start tonight or maybe tomorrow.....
