10 Minute Trainer with Tony Horton
Anyone seen and tried the infomercial on the 10 Minute Trainer with Tony Horton? I'm seriously thinking about trying it, but was wondering if anyone here tried it ? I tried doing a websearch on reviews of it, but found just a few. It's better to see reviews from a group of people you trust, my fellow low carbers!
So please, send your thoughts and reviews on this new beachbody program!
Hi there.....I'm a big fan of Tony Horton, and I don't believe any of his products would let you down. I have the 30 minute series from many years ago, and they were effective for sure. I haven't gotten confident enough to try P90 or P90x, but would love to!
I agree - the tony horton stuff gets results and its very efficent. I am on the second round of P90X. Its very good however it does take a far bit of time.
I bought it (I was up really early one morning and got sucked in by the infomercial). When I got it, I tried it. It's a KILLER 10 minute workout, but I was still unimpressed. I only did it a few times and gave up. Some of the exercises were painful for me because I had shoulder surgery a year ago.
If you're interested in buying the stuff from me at a discount, let me know. I have lots of good feedback on ebay.
I have it and I agree with MomtoGBrand, it's a killer 10 minutes. It's fast, furious and intense. If that's all the time I have, good. If I have more time, I can repeat the 10 minutes I just did or I can mix/match with other of the 10 minute routines. I've done the P90X too (oh, man, it's beyond intense -- love it!), so I'm impressed with their products. Went with 10 minutes because I couldn't commit to 40+ min/day but wanted something that would keep me at it. I recommend.
