I start today T-K-D
so i have onley one q?
i eat 30 to 60 min BEFORE the work out (gym) a energy granola bar that have a nutritional value of 30 g is
energy=137k
protien=2.16g
carbon=17.8g
sugar from carbon=5.2g
fiber diatry=2.2g
fat=6.3g
Saturated=2.8g
Cholesterol =0g
Sodium=36mg
and AFTER the work out i drink Whey+dextrose
it's good for TKD??
or i need to change ??
pls anser me i onley start it today...
