Hi Arnie,
I have tryed various brands of glutamine.. and I like the powder, I usually take a teaspoon in my post workout shake, or mix it with cottage cheese or something...
then I take another teaspoon at night and mix it with same thing.. shake, yogurt.... etc..
I'm not sure which brands are acutally better, I would think they are all fairly generic.
