7 days a week~
3 mile run/walk outdoors
6 mile bike ride
30 minutes rowing machine

3 times a week~
30 minutes weight lifting
15 minutes heavy bag

That's a lot of cardio 7 days a week. I'd get sick and injured doing this, but I guess it works for some...How long have you done this for?

I believe I have been doing this intensity since the first week in May, and slowly built up to this level since November. The only thing I am very careful with is the weights. I will bring the intensity down a bit when I hit goal in a couple months.

WOW have not been here in a while I am posting my weekly routine which has taken me a year to build up too. It all started with 10 minutes on the stationary bike 3x a week.

Monday
3 mile run (outdoors)
30 mins stationary Bike
30 mins rowing machine
30 mins weight lifting
15 mins heavy bag
30 mins elliptical trainer
100 pushups

Tuesday
3 mile run (outdoors)
30 mins stationary Bike
30 mins rowing machine

Wednesday
3 mile run (outdoors)
30 mins stationary Bike
30 mins rowing machine
30 mins weight lifting
15 mins heavy bag
30 mins elliptical trainer
100 pushups

Thursday
3 mile run (outdoors)
30 mins stationary Bike
30 mins rowing machine

3 mile run (outdoors)

Workout is almost the same except I have 2 rest days and only walk on the weekends. I started this new set after getting really really bad stomach cramping after eating SF candy last month.

Changed workout routine again due to work and school. I have also decided to try and run the LA Marathon in March of 2006 so I shall start training for that in November it should be fun.
