30 minutes on stationary bike - 10 miles

Default Back at the gym this week...

45 minutes on the treadmill - 3 miles
45 minutes on stationary bike - 16 miles

I ran for 25 minutes straight at 5.0, then did a high incline at 2.5. I was so proud of myself!!

Tons of roofing

Tues AM
45 minutes on the treadmill - 3 miles
30 minutes on stationary bike - 10 miles

Wed AM
30 minutes on the treadmill - 2 miles
30 minutes on the stationary bike - 10 miles
30 minutes on the stepper - 2 miles

60 minutes on the treadmill - 4 miles
30 minutes on stationary bike - 10 miles

Fri AM

30 minutes at a spinning class
15 minutes on the treadmill- 1 miles

Sat AM
Roofing again at BF's parents house

Tues AM
46 minutes on the treadmill - 3.5 miles
30 minutes on stationary bike - 10 miles
