Default Fatigue after exercise!

I have been LC for 3 1/2 weeks and this is the first time I've gotten back into the saddle to do some bicycling. I did 10 miles of road bicycling today and I have felt horrible ever since. Extreme fatigue.. I just want to close my eyes & sleep. I have no energy to do anything. I had some veggies for a snack after my ride (about 4 carbs worth) and it didn't help.

I am wanting to train to do my first 30 mile ride in November and I don't know if I'll ever get there if I feel like this everyday

Anyone have any idea of what might be going on? Blood sugar too low? I feel like my body just isn't using fat as energy. I've only lost 4lbs in the last 3 weeks and I average under 20 carbs a day. Hoping exercise will help move things along.

Jen
