Back: (I used the Weider rack today so my weights differ with the usual weights when using the Marcy.)
assisted chins me x 10 (1 set)
w/g pulldowns-- 50 x 12 / 70 x 8 (bad form) / 60 x 10
long rows-- 60 x 10, 10, 10
straight-arm pushdowns-- 20 x 10, 10, 8
cable one-arm rows-- 10 x 10, 10

Biceps: Alter. db curls-- 25 x 7, 7, 7
reverse cable curls-- 70 x 10, 10, 8 (love these)

Didn't have help today either. But my mood is much better.

Built: Thank you for your concern. I think it has to do with hormones. I'm at menapause age (48) and have started having those "cry at the drop of hat" feelings. Sometimes I just feel so sad....hormones are all I can contribute it too. Nothing serious.

Oh, I'm at the premenopausal point where I get a combination of raging hormones and hot flashes. It's ... interesting... isn't it. Hmph!

not happy about this but, it's what I did, so there it is. Just didn't feel like squats today. DD and grandson are here for the week.....

Holy Crap! I would probably keel over and pass out, bump my head, ride in an ambulance, go to the E.R., get like 100 stitches and have to take six months off....if I did all that you did working out!

I had to work-out today because we are off to the coast in the morning.... . Dd didn't join me today......yep, she was suffering from being so "ambitious" when she did join me.

Wanted to add that I'm doing Stillman weight loss diet today, hoping to get this weight moving down.....I'm making very little progress on losing fat..... ..... hopefully this will help. I'll also be adding aerobics back starting Tuesday, I will do 20 MAS.

Chest: Marcy bench press-- 30 x 9, 8, 7 (This is almost as hard as 135 barbell bench, but safer without a spotter.)
db inc. press-- 40 x 7, 6, 8 (inc. was too high, and 40 lb dumbbells are a lot heavier after having done that Marcy thing.....those are my excuses )
db inc. flyes--30 x 12, 10, 10 (lowered the incline.... )
pullovers-- 40 x 10, 10, 7


Triceps: db press-- 40 x 10, 8, 6
rope lunge cable ext.-- 20 x 9, 8, 7
tricep pushdowns (rope)-- 20 x 5, 5, 4
forced negatives and bench dips for the tingle

(I no longer have my spotter, so going heavier is difficult.)
20 MAS on treadmill--- first day back at aerobics....and I HATE aerobics of any kind, so I'm easing back into it....I'll pick up the intensity week after next. I am doing Stillman again today. I also worked abs and did push-ups (only 10).....and stretched. I cheated for the first time in months yesterday at the casino...had a chocolate chunk cookie and chocolate on my strawberries.

I wanted to work-out but couldn't get into it....that's why it looks like I got lost somewhere along the way. I'm doing good losing on Stillman, and I knew my work-outs would suffer some, so I'm not too concerned. Big goal for now is getting the fat off, and do fairly well with the work-out. My triceps are sore from yesterday, so that's a good thing.
