I had to work-out today because we are off to the coast in the morning.... . Dd didn't join me today......yep, she was suffering from being so "ambitious" when she did join me.
Wanted to add that I'm doing Stillman weight loss diet today, hoping to get this weight moving down.....I'm making very little progress on losing fat..... ..... hopefully this will help. I'll also be adding aerobics back starting Tuesday, I will do 20 MAS.
