I'm going to do 2 weeks on Fat Flush then switch to carb cycling.

I'll resume my workouts this weekend

Workout: 30 mins cardio

The stupid machine was "moaning" at the end, so embarassing but I refused to get off because I wanted to finish my minutes. I was hoping someone would come up to me and check on it (someone that worked there). I use the same treadmill all the time. I like to use the same one. I am anal that way. I forgot to tell someone at the desk when I was leaving.

I think I may have to try another one next time.

Hi how have you been? I'm doing alot better than weeks ago when Ilast talked to you. I had a ? I was going to see if you could give any advice. WHy would one's body not want to go into at least moderate ketosis? I've read that when one goes into deep ketosis that is a sign of dehydration, I don't think so, last year when weight was falling off of me I was in deep ketosis and was drinking 100 -110 oz water a day. I'm doing less water this go around cause to much is making me sick.I have been doing everything I have not had candy bars, and have not had an advantage bar in a couple days. Could some of my meat that says it has sugar in it be causeing me not to do it, it says less than 2%. I'm just so confused and really determined. I need some help and everyone is sick of hearing me fuss about this. I posted yest. and it had some of my menu in it,would you look at it and let me know what you think? Thanks
