Instead of weighing tomorrow after Easter dinner, i did this morning and was down 3 pds for the week...i will weigh again tues morn and make sure it sticks..i am REALLY shocked i lost as i was careless a few times this week due to stress and being busy...this week, I WILL NOT ALLOW THAT to happen
I won't think about the scale until next weekend. I ate too much today, and I have a dinner to attend at a mexican restaurant on Tuesday. I'm happy for the rest of you though .

Great DD and ready for a good UD tomorrow....
Fasted until about 4 and then had 2 pickles and 2 green olives and a light chai tea latter....I am exhausted from both jobs today so am ready for bed soon and nothing more to drink or eat
I am sending home all leftovers with Ray so i wont get in any....they add up way too quickly...
Today i passed on ice cream cake...BIG milestone

DD today. Should finish in at about 625. Did some running intervals and aerobicish style weights. Off school this week and really enjoying some me time--on my days off work that is!
DD today for me as well. I came in at exactly 500, was at 475 and then decided to have 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries which is 25 calories. Good DD, a little hungry, but not to bad.
JUDDD is so doable, I really enjoyed my UD yesterday and Easter dinner and treats too. The scale was up to 185.5, so a 1 pound gain, I am sure that I will be back down in the morning though.
I skipped my mid-day green smoothie and have just been drinking lemon water and tea all day. I did have a bite of ham and one teaspoon of fruit salad this evening. I am hungry at the moment, but it is bedtime anyway, so more water and hopefully, I'll fall asleep soon!
DD today, will try and fast til dinner today, I tried this last DD and didn't make it. Today should be a little bit easier though, I will be at the hospital this afternoon and not around any food. Staying busy is the key.
I was reading on another site about lemon water being good for the body and weight loss. Flushes out the toxins and helps water with the water weight.
I think that I will run up to the store in a little bit and get some lemons to try this.
Weight back down to 184.5 this morning, this is back down after my UD on Easter.
Not sure what my cal count ended at yesterday. Only ate breakfast and dinner, hearty portions. DD today, 635 cals on the menu, will log later how much I ate.
