30 minutes on the total gym

Sunday, November 27

2 miles (4.0-4.2) ~ 5 incline on the treadmill

3 miles on the treadmill, Ran for .5 mile!!!

I wanted to workout on Thursday but had a meeting that was supposed to be for 20 minutes ran over an hour. Then yesterday I had to help my sister out so I could not exercise again.

30 minutes on the total gym & two miles on treadmill of which .5 mile I ran.

10 minutes on total gym & 2 miles on treadmill, I ran .7 at 4.6 ~ 5 incline and the rest was at 3.9.
