Hi Karen,
I was able to catch the tail end on your interview. Everything seemed to be going well, and I was a little surprised on the ignorance of callers regarding what carbohydrates were, but that just reminded me to keep things in simple terms when explaining things to others. However I thumped my head when, after you left, Kasey did a review on a french cheese and remarked on how you would frown on it because its BF% made it high carb!!! I'm not going to say anything more...... but you should see what's buzzing around in my head.

I know! I heard it in the car. That cheese - Chaource - is so low in carbs!

Moi, didn't even get the chance to laugh ruefully... CFUN can't be picked up over here in Langford --too many ROCKS! -- so I happily tried to tune in at www.cfun.com only to be presented with a notice that streaming audio had been suspended for a "service review", whatever THAT might mean.
