I'm relatively new to this and have been trying to post my "before" pictures on the low carb BFL segment. Every time I try uploading a picture I get a message that the file is too large and that I should reduce the size. Now I'm not what you'd call computer literate and have no idea what I need to do. Does anyone have any suggestions. It's evident that with the large number of photos on this sight, someone knows how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks---Robin

I'd suggest you go to the Comments Box and Technical Questions forum and read the sticky at the top of the page. It explains how to do lots of things around the board.

If you don't find the exact info you need, scroll down the page and read the titles of the threads. I KNOW this question has been asked and answered several times before.
